Our services give you secure online access to weight loss medications and related products, but only after an assessment by qualified healthcare professionals. Prescriptions are provided solely by House of Skin Ltd (CQC Registered No. 1-19177321994), regulated by the Care Quality Commission, and are dispensed by UK pharmacies registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Consultations take place online via secure forms, with additional communication by message or telephone when needed. Medication will only be prescribed when a registered prescriber considers it clinically safe and appropriate. Dispensing is carried out by regulated UK pharmacies. Ongoing advice and support are available while you remain under our care.
Our medicines are not suitable for all patients. You may be unsuitable for treatment if you have: a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC); Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2); a history of pancreatitis; serious gastrointestinal conditions; are pregnant or breastfeeding. All orders must be placed through our official online platform. Prices are in GBP. Weight-loss prescription medication is exempt from VAT. Full payment is required before dispensing. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
We offer a range of delivery options, outlined on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered.

Prescription medications cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal delays, strikes, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
